#YF Pallet Covers
#YF Pallet Covers provide a standard constant temperature in both cold and hot environments. The hot tray cover, which is placed over the tray goods, is considered to be one of the most effective forms of cold chain packaging. The #YF foil pallet cover is completely foldable, making it easy to return. It is made of Aluminum Foil Laminated Polyester Films that prevent tearing and piercing. Its smooth surface is designed to remain clean. The foil pallet cover is highly favored by high-risk industries, such as perishable goods and pharmaceuticals. The YF Pallet Covers help maintain a constant temperature during transportation and storage, thus maintaining a good temperature. They can be used with both American and European pallet sizes.

The cargo pallet cover can customize any sizes to meet your requirements. (The standard dimensions for European pallets include 1200mm x 1000mm and 1200mm x 800mm. For American pallets, the standard dimensions are 1219mm x 1016mm. Meanwhile, pallets in Japan, Korea, and other countries often utilize a dimension of 1100mm x 1100mm.)

A. Please provide information on the type and materials of the cover or packaging bag.
B. Specify the specifications and models.
C. Design and sample the plan. Upon confirmation of satisfaction with the sample by the consumer, proceed with large-scale production.
D. Sign the contract and pay the deposit to purchase raw materials for production and processing. E. After production and processing is complete, photographs will be taken and the remaining payment will be made prior to delivery.
F. The customization time will be determined by the production difficulty and quantity, with a general period of seven to ten working days.
PERFORMANCE
The thermal pallet covers provide excellent protection from external elements, and the below graph shows the performance over 24 hours with the outer temperature at over 35°C.
