#BP PALLET COVER
#BP Insulated Pallet Cover is a high-performance thermal pallet cover designed to provide extended protection for goods being transported between 2-8 degrees Celsius and 15-25 degrees Celsius. The highly reflective outer surface of BP05 can reflect over 97% of thermal radiation within the measured spectral range. This advanced technology enables your products to be maintained within the appropriate temperature range for an extended period of time.

SIZE
The insulated pallet covers are available in standard heights of 48 inches, 60 inches, and 72 inches, as well as international standard pallet width sizes (click here to view international pallet standard sizes), but we can also provide custom sizes of pallet packaging according to requirements. We also offer basic insulated cargo blankets for large applications, container liners for maritime shipping containers, and additional heat protection inside containers or trucks.

MATERIAL
Material: 5/6 Sides Aluminum Foil + Bubble Clear or Black + PE

The inner layer comprises of a resilient polyethylene air bubble film, while the two outer layers are composed of highly reflective aluminum foil. It is impervious to water and corrosion, and the thick layer of bubbles within helps to create an even thicker layer of insulation, preventing heat loss. This aluminum foil insulation material is lightweight, tidy, thin yet flexible, and boasts a high R-value performance, capable of reflecting up to 97% of radiant heat.

【CUSTOM PROCESS】The production and manufacturing process and duration.
A. Please provide information on the type and materials of the cover or packaging bag.
B. Specify the specifications and models.
C. Design and sample the plan. Upon confirmation of satisfaction with the sample by the consumer, proceed with large-scale production.
D. Sign the contract and pay the deposit to purchase raw materials for production and processing. E. After production and processing is complete, photographs will be taken and the remaining payment will be made prior to delivery.
F. The customization time will be determined by the production difficulty and quantity, with a general period of seven to ten working days.

 

PERFORMANCE
The thermal pallet covers provide excellent protection from external elements, and the below graph shows the performance over 24 hours with the outer temperature at over 35°C.
